This commercial pad convenience store, fuel station and car wash was built several miles outside the City of Phoenix developed area. Additional attention had to be given to utility services including a delayed sewage discharge in order to not exceed the regional treatment plant capacity. This facility is the busiest site in phoenix and was designed to handle such traffic.
